In a tough economic climate and at a time when grants were increasingly difficult to secure, Citizenship Foundation, which focuses on developing young people’s citizenship skills, needed a strategic review of their fundraising activities in order to maximise income generation.
After reviewing Citizenship Foundation’s fundraising strategy and income-generating activities, Good Values gave strategic recommendations on how to maximise the organisation’s fundraising potential. We also identified activities that would deliver the best return on investment from Citizenship Foundation’s small team.
